Automated LSP Companion Mining
The Ore produced by the Companion planets to an LSP, is extracted in the following way PhD's< Mining specifics
- > 99 No Extraction
- 100 - 499 By having an Ore Transport, and an Engineering Crew in orbit (spaceport) at all times, the Ore will be extracted every 5 turns (years) automatically, and passed to your planet stockpiles
- 500 - 4999 By having an Ore Transport, and an Engineering Crew in orbit (spaceport) at all times, the Ore will be extracted every 1 turn (year1) automatically, and passed to your planet stockpiles
- => 5000 By now you have developed planet-to-planet TETHER technology, and the Ore is passed via TETHERS from your Companion Planets to your stockpiles every turn (year)
phds determine tech levels
Guys, these are the different LEVELS OF TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT:

TECH LEVELS:
- propulsion: Magneto Plasma , speed 0.92
- mining companions on LSP start producing
- propulsion upgrade: Tritium Pellets, max speed 0.99 Mining companions upgrade: if you have Ore ships in orbit , Ore goes to LSP Stockpiles
- propulsion upgrade: Acoustic Plasma Xiter. max speed 1.77 .Planetary Power upgrade (nuclear available for purchase)
- propulsion upgrade: Hydrogen Proton Drive, max speed 1.97
- propulsion upgrade: Protium Fusion Reflector, max speed 2.37
- Tether Technology to extract ore from LSP mining companions (automated instant extraction)
- Planetary power upgrade, fusion available.
- propulsion upgrade: Wakefield Neutron Accelerator, max speed 3.07
- propulsion max: Quantum Offset Device, speed 0 (instant travel, but costs a lot !)
NOTE: Some of these propulsion types need refuelling, in a future versions of the game "refuelling" will be enabled.
Cost of PhDs

This means, every PhD between 1000, and 4999 will cost you 480 million Zulaks. This is accomplished by setting the RSR on any planet in the global tax breakdown.
