How To - Become a Bunker Member

We are a community and not a clan...

Because of this we do not recruit new members nor do we accept applications/requests for membership. We hope that you enjoy playing our servers and invite you to do so for as long as you continue to enjoy the experience and your presence contributes to the enjoyment of others.

Okay, Then How?

Just like moving to a new physical community in real life it takes time for everyone to get to know you and to decide if they'd like to consider you a friend. As you play on our servers and gain the respect of the players and administrators you'll begin receiving increased user levels to reward you for your positive contributions and loyalty. After you've gained a number of levels and made friends your name will come up in one of the frequent discussions of the higher admins when we evaluate who we'd like to invite to the community.

If there is a general warm-fuzzy feeling about you then one of the high admins will start a poll and if 75% of the high admins agree you'd be a good fit for the community then you'll be invited. If the poll fails then you might get some feedback from the admin who started the poll for you with advice on how you might better fit in the community.

Don't get discouraged...

The path to membership can be lengthy - especially if nobody knew you before you started visiting our servers. You'll get to keep playing indefinitely and there are no specific benefits of being a Bunker member. Everyone on our servers are held to the same rules and code of conduct - member or not.

Improve Your Chances...

If you want to improve your chances of being noticed (in a good way) and eventually being invited then you might try one or more of the following:

 * Make sure you consistently follow our Bunker Rules
 * Be respectful - to other players and to the admins
 * Don't whine
 * Don't be a foul mouth
 * Play frequently on the same server
 * Try to get to know a number of the players
 * Be a team player instead of a rambo
 * Add some color to your name
 * Join our forums and participate in the discussions
 * Contribute to this WIKI
 * Make a monetary donation, or two, or three (thousand) :)
 * Help teach others
